SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Please note that prices advertised are inclusive of VAT and delivery to mainland UK only. For orders outside of mainland UK please call our sales team to obtain a shipping quotation and place your order directly with them. Please note we cannot ship into North America, for sales in this territory please contact our partner Jaclo.  (www.jaclo.com)

  2. Products are made to order and to your specific specification. Goods will normally be dispatched within 5-10 working days of placing an order, not including weekends or bank holidays. Please look below the product description on the “Product page” for an indication of dispatch time or check the “+more details” in the “CHECKOUT”. Note special finishes (Matt Black or Living Copper) are subject to extended dispatch times and will be shipped in around 4 to 6 weeks from placing an order.

  3. Orders will be shipped via a courier on a next day service.

  4. Full payment must be made in advance of delivery by one of our advertised methods.

  5. For security reasons, when placing an order, you must give your full name, address and postcode, which must be the same as that held by the payment card company. We will only dispatch to the same address as is on the payment card. Regular customers can have orders sent to other addresses.

  6. Orders placed on the website are processed with as little delay as reasonably possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that further instructions from customers will be acted upon. We advise any customer who is unsure of the product(s) they intend ordering to contact us prior to placing an order so a member of our sales team may assist.

 
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  1. Except for special orders, goods purchased from us may be returned within14 days of receipt for a refund, providing you have notified us in writing of your intention to return items in person, by post, by FAX or by e-mail within these 14 days.

  2. If a particular component is damaged, or missing we will often only require the damaged item to be returned which reduces the cost of return and likelihood of further product damage.

  3. The goods must be returned to the below address and the cost of packing and returning any goods will be at the customer’s expense. Please use a suitable service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a service that requires that the goods are signed for.

  4. Any goods returned must be received by us in the original condition they were initially received by the customer. Original condition means good condition, unused and in original packaging.

  5. Unwanted items may be returned for an exchange or refund, postage may be charged for exchanged items.

  6. A full refund will be made within 14 days of the goods being received back by us, less any carriage charge if delivery was outside the UK, providing the previous conditions are observed. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods.

  7. Please include a covering letter with returns including the reason for return, your name and contact details and any correspondence you have received from us regarding your return.
